At its 66th annual members-only luncheon on November 13 at the Harvard Club in Manhattan, the Cosmetics Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) organization ratified and announced the newly elected executive board for the coming year. Following an unprecedented two-term presidency, Mario Magali (Elite Packaging) passed the reins to Laura Carey (Arkay Packaging), the incoming president for 2014.
